Shipping + Returns
Shipping occurs on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays of each week. All items ship priority mail via USPS.
Policy: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and if for any reason you are not happy, simply return the regular priced items in its original condition within 14 days of post-marked date for a full refund, less shipping costs.
Sale & apothecary items are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason
We ask that all returned merchandise is returned in the condition in which it was received: unworn, unwashed, with tags intact and receipt present. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please immediately email CONTACT@crazemi.com or call 231.869.2200 for assistance.
All returns will be subject to inspection. Merchandise must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and receipt present. Returns received in worn condition will be considered a final sale and returned to sender. We reserve the right to deny or refuse full refund based on the returned condition.
1. Please review our return policy above to make sure you meet all of the return requirements. Thank you for understanding that returns that do not meet the return requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
2. Please place return items in a shipping safe box and include receipt and a phone number in case we need to reach you. Please have insurance and a tracking number on your return. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages sent to CRAZE.

4. Once your package has been received at CRAZE and the products have been inspected, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. CRAZE will process the refund within five business days, but your bank may require additional time to process and post the transaction to your account.
Local Shoppers: You are welcomed to return your item to the physical location.
Exchanges: If you would like to make an exchange, please notify us right away by calling 231.869.2200 or emailing CONTACT@crazemi.com to make sure that we have the product in-stock and can place it on hold until your return arrives. Sender is responsible for return shipping charges.
